This page is dedicated to the trainings and courses I am both teaching and taking.

First of all, a new collaboration is born between the "Centre Topaze" (lithothérapie) and "Swiss Hands". And on the 4th of February 2024, I will be happily giving a class about "How to massage with precious stones". I am very excited about it and would like to thank Alida for this amazing opportunity!

Then, I'm currently taking a course till March 2024 that will enable me to become ASCA-accredited soon, so that my future clients can be reimbursed by their complementary insurance. This is a rewarding, stimulating and necessary new adventure for me, in order to upgrade my knowledge and experience here in Switzerland. In parallel, I am also following a class about "Reiki for animals", which is so amazing and inspiring!

Finally, once I've got this certification, I'd like to move on to less "tactile" and more "mental" trainings, such as Life Coaching. In the Netherlands, besides "treating" the body with my massages, I quickly realised that there was a lot to be done at an emotional and mental level. The idea in the future is to be able to offer my clients complete treatments with massage, energy and coaching... because I'm a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing, that involves both the body AND the mind.
