Reiki is the universal energy treatment which goal is to improve the flow of life energy in your entire body. It claims to provide many of the same benefits as traditional massages, such as reducing stress, stimulating the immune system, increasing energy, relieving pain... In this treatment, my hands are held flat against your body, steady and slightly touching it, to allow the transfer of energy and the healing process to take place. No oils are used for this treatment and you remain dressed (please think about wearing loose and comfortable clothing).
