Reiki

Reiki is a universal energy treatment designed to improve the flow of life throughout your body. In this treatment, my hands are held flat against different parts of your body (Chakras) to allow the transfer of energy and its healing process.

I have been a Reiki III (Ushui) practitioner since 2014 and have never ceased to be amazed by its power (so have my clients!).

No oils are used for this treatment and you remain clothed (remember to wear loose, comfortable clothing).

I also offer a combination of Reiki & Massage; a wonderful way to introduce Reiki into your life if you've never tried it, are curious about its benefits and want to start gently with a relaxing massage.
